🌅🚢 Every journey eventually comes to an end — and today two wonderful cruises aboard the MSC Seaview and the MSC Magnifica come to a close.

Over the past days we explored fascinating cities, enjoyed relaxing sea days, watched beautiful sunsets, discovered impressive architecture, and created countless unforgettable memories. From the Mediterranean to the Atlantic and all the way back north toward Germany — this journey was filled with special moments. 🌍✨

What remains are not only thousands of photos, but also wonderful encounters, familiar faces, and the feeling that life on board becomes a little home of its own after a while. 💙⚓

Now it’s time to say goodbye to the ship, the sea, and another incredible adventure with MSC Cruises. But as every cruise fan knows: after the cruise is before the cruise. 🚢😊

🌊⚓ Our final sea day aboard the MSC Magnifica has arrived.

We are slowly making our way toward Warnemünde, the final destination of this cruise. After so many wonderful ports, relaxing sea days, and unforgettable moments on board, it’s hard to believe that the journey is almost over. 💙🚢

Today was all about enjoying the ship one last time: taking in the endless ocean views, strolling through the familiar lounges and decks, and soaking up the special atmosphere on board. The farewell events with the crew also made it clear how quickly time passes during a cruise. 🌍✨

Even though the weather has become more northern and a bit grayer again, the calm sea and the peaceful mood made for a perfect final day at sea. Now it’s time to enjoy the last evening aboard before arriving back in Germany tomorrow morning. 🇩🇪⚓

🌊⚓ Another relaxing sea day aboard the MSC Magnifica.

Today we sailed through the English Channel on our way toward Warnemünde. Luckily, the sea has been surprisingly calm, so we could fully enjoy a peaceful day on board. ☀️🚢

We spent time relaxing around the pool deck, watching the endless ocean pass by, and enjoying another entertaining theater show in the evening. 🎭✨ The atmosphere on board is wonderful, and after so many days at sea, the ship really feels like a second home.

Slowly but surely, our journey is heading north again — but for now we’re simply enjoying the calm waters, fresh sea air, and another beautiful day at sea. 🌍💙

🇫🇷⚓ Today our journey brought us to Brest.

A free shuttle bus took us from the industrial harbor into the city center. Since it was Sunday — and also Pentecost Sunday — most shops and restaurants were unfortunately closed. Still, we enjoyed exploring the city and discovering a few interesting sights along the way. ☀️🏛️

We walked past old fortifications, modern architecture, churches with beautiful stained-glass windows, and even spotted the famous cable car crossing above the river. 🚠🌉

Sometimes cruise stops are less about busy sightseeing and more about simply soaking in the atmosphere of a place — and Brest definitely had its own calm and relaxed vibe today. 🇫🇷✨

Another interesting stop aboard the MSC Magnifica as we continue our journey north toward Germany. 🚢💙

🇫🇷⚓ Today we explored the charming coastal city of La Rochelle.

We enjoyed a relaxed walk through the historic streets, passing beautiful landmarks like the cathedral, the impressive town hall, and finally reaching the old harbor with its iconic medieval towers. 🌊🏰✨

La Rochelle has such a lovely atmosphere — elegant old buildings, cozy streets, little cafés, and that perfect mix of maritime history and French charm. ☀️🇫🇷

And yes… French pastries and colorful macarons may also have found their way into our day. 😄🍰

🇪🇸⚓ Today the MSC Magnifica docked in Getxo, and from there we traveled to Bilbao to visit the famous Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. 🎨✨

The architecture of the museum is absolutely stunning and incredibly impressive from both outside and inside. The flowing shapes, metallic surfaces, and huge art installations really make it a landmark you can’t miss. 🤩

As for the modern art inside… let’s just say it wasn’t entirely my style 😄🎭 — but that’s exactly what makes art interesting and personal.

Still, Bilbao itself was definitely worth the visit and had a very unique atmosphere. 🌊🏙️

🇪🇸⚓ Today we explored beautiful A Coruña!

We joined an excursion through the city and visited several of its famous landmarks — from impressive historic buildings to stunning coastal views. 🌊✨

One highlight was seeing the famous Tower of Hercules, the ancient lighthouse overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. 🗼💙

And yes… we even walked a few meters along the legendary Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route! 🥾✨

La Coruña surprised us with its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful architecture, and wonderful mix of history and ocean scenery. 🌿☀️

🌊🚢 Second sea day aboard the MSC Magnifica.

The Atlantic Ocean is definitely rougher than the Mediterranean 🌬️🌊, but we’re making the best of it and still enjoying every moment onboard. 😊

Today included relaxing with a drink, enjoying the entertainment program, and watching some truly fascinating live sand art performances in the theater. 🎭✨

Even with a little more movement from the sea, cruise life still feels pretty wonderful. 💙⚓

🌊☀️ First of two relaxing sea days aboard the MSC Magnifica 💙

Today was all about slowing down and simply enjoying life at sea. We spent time on the pool deck, played games, read a little, and just relaxed while watching the endless ocean pass by. 📖🎲🌴

Of course, great food and a beautiful sunset were also part of the perfect sea day experience. 🍽️🌅✨

Sometimes these quiet days at sea are the best part of a cruise — no schedule, no rush, just pure relaxation. 🚢🌊

🇪🇸✨ Another day in vibrant Barcelona!

We first took the shuttle bus again to the World Trade Center and then joined a sightseeing bus tour through the city for almost 2.5 hours. 🚌🌴

Of course, the famous works of Antoni Gaudí could not be missed — especially the breathtaking Sagrada Família and the colorful architecture that makes Barcelona so unique. 🏛️✨

Unfortunately, the weather changed during the tour and we had some heavy rain at times ☔, but despite that, we still got to see so much of this incredible metropolis. 🌆💙

Barcelona always has something special to offer — architecture, history, and big city vibes all in one place. 🚢🌍
