Mozer supported the transfer of the physiotherapy section from Uccle to Delta, including the dismantling and reassembly of Technogym equipment and other materials across 5 rooms.

A large-scale industrial relocation executed with technical precision.

Last week, our teams completed the full relocation of a machine fleet consisting of several heavy and mechanically sensitive units.

This operation involved:

🛠 Specialized handling methods: load securing, center‑of‑gravity control, precision positioning on dedicated supports, and movement under restricted‑access conditions.
🧩 Highly coordinated technical sequencing: synchronized lifting operations, controlled movement planning, and continuous operational risk monitoring.
🚚 Final transfer and positioning completed within the tolerance requirements of the new facility, including functional alignment and precision leveling adapted to production constraints.

A sustainable moving project successfully completed by our Mozer team 🌱

Our team recently completed the full relocation of a school — moving from a 5-storey building to a new 3-storey site designed with energy efficiency and sustainability in mind.
The operation was carried out over 8 days, mobilizing up to 14 team members per day, and using an external lift to handle the most complex transfers safely and efficiently.

🔧 The main challenge:�Coordinating the move between an occupied site and a new building still under construction — while minimizing environmental impact, optimizing transport flows, and keeping the schedule perfectly on track.

Thanks to careful planning, strong teamwork, and responsible logistics management, the project was completed safely, efficiently, and on time — with minimal waste and maximum reuse of materials.
