How to order?

Payment? All customer must to pay 70% of total price and another 30% when all items was delivered (or 100% is preferable)

Collect the item?
1. Items are ordered and imported from overseas, and will take 2-3 weeks or more and depend on our agreement for items to be delivered
2. Once items are at Brunei and already organized, we will announce it on our face book and also inform you personally through your face book or e-mail or by phone that your purchases have arrived.
3. All customer have to collect the item with themselves at collecting point
4. We can delivery to your place where is not too far in public area for special request.(Depend on seller decision .. sorry for inconvenience)
*** It is important that you agree to this collection point before proceeding with your order. If this is an impossible location, we strongly advise you not to purchase with us.
5. Uncollected item within 14 days of the collection start date will result in automatic cancellable of order , unless you have informed us otherwise to hold those for you.

1. Order cannot be cancel, revise and refund once your payment is received
2. Cancellation is allowed unless the items are out of stock, a full refund will be credited to your account or selection of another items. The difference in price shall either be top up by or refunded to customer.
3. Items are not returnable and exchangeable.
4. I am not liable for any loss or damages encountered , including if the merchant has shipping the wrong item to me
5. There is specific date for all item that are on pre-order basis
6. To confirm your orders, 70% payment has to be making latest on the pre-order close stock date.(100% patment is more preferable)
7. Order will be canceled if we do not receive your payment on the date of close stock

9. Please check the measurement chart carefully. Because of different producing batches, there may be deviation of 2~3cm.
