Shred Secure will provide your company with secure lockable bins in which your staff will deposit documents ready for destruction. On a pre-determined schedule, we will come by and service your bins by destroying the contents on-site. Purge Services (High Volume Shredding)
Shred secure can destroy your old or dated documents which have reached their legal limit of retention
. Your Console will be serviced in 5 easy steps:
1. As scheduled, our representative will arrive at your place of business and take the locked bin to the parked mobile shredding truck
2. The bin will be unlocked in the presence of a member of your staff and the contents will be emptied into the on-board shredder
3. The powerful shredder will destroy the documents, turning them into small pieces which cannot be reconstructed
4. The shredded waste is now stored on-board the truck. Our representative will return the emptied bins and supply your company with a Certificate of Destruction for your records.
5. The shredded waste is kept for recycling
