Bayshore Marina is looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to oversee marina operations, lead our team, maintain a safe and efficient facility, and deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

We’re looking for someone who is:
⚓️ A strong leader & team player
⚓️ Organized and administratively proficient
⚓️ Excellent with customers and conflict resolution
⚓️ A critical thinker who can perform under pressure
⚓️ Knowledgeable in marina operations and maintenance
⚓️ A strong swimmer
⚓️ Available for after-hours emergencies when needed
⚓️ Class B Captain’s License or higher is strongly preferred
