HELPFUL TIPS FOR SEAMLESS SHIPPING

1. Use your full name

Please ensure to use your full name as seen on your ID or Business License with the address below:

2. Email us a complete sales invoice

When your item arrives at our warehouse in Florida, you will receive an email from [email protected] requesting an invoice. Please reply directly to that email with a copy of your SALES invoice. Bahamas Customs will only accept invoices which include a description of the items, the cost of the items, shipping, tax, and total amount. The invoice must also include the supplier name and address. This will ensure your items will be shipped right away as we are unable to ship items without an invoice.

3. Consolidation Tips

In order to ensure seamless consolidation, please use the following guidelines:

Ensure items are all ordered in one full legal name – do not use multiple names.

If there are multiple items in one shipment (i.e. Amazon), items will not be scheduled to ship until all items on the invoice have arrived at our Florida Hangar. If you need a particular item urgently, please order it on a separate invoice.

Large consolidations are cleared and delivered the day after shipping (Friday shipments delivered Monday).

Dear Valued Customer,

We hope this email finds you well.

Amid the uncertainty of COVID-19 and as a result of the emergency measures put into place by the Government of the Bahamas and an overall decrease in our business, we have made a decision to reduce our flight schedule to three days a week.

Effective Monday March 23rd our weekly schedule will be limited to flights on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Should you have an emergency shipment that requires our attention we will endeavor to assist you. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you.

The BFL warehouse in Fort Lauderdale will remain open to receive shipments Monday through Friday during the hours of 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Our offices in Nassau will remain open Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

However, we ask that IF you need to come to our offices, you call when you arrive and one of our staff will greet and assist you outside.

We wish to remind you, and highly recommend that you take advantage of our on-line payment options.

As the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 are changing each day, we may opt to implement a new schedule and/or adopt revised business hours, we will inform you as the need arises.

Be well and practice the suggested professional and social distancing guidelines for your protection and those you are in contact with.

Please note that BFL is open for regular business which in turn has allowed us to help with urgent relief items from the USA.

For general donations and supplies, please see attached the drop off location at the Betty K agencies for relief efforts.

BFL will not be able to fly tomorrow Tuesday Sept 3rd.

Our teams will be available with trucks to deliver and help with supplies run. If you have any large donations that you want to be make for the northern islands, we will be helping with local transport out to odyssey where planes will be transporting goods at the earliest possible time.

Good Morning to all friends and family. Our offices are closed in Nassau today so people can start assisting in clean up efforts and recovery. Please stay tuned for updates and ways you may be able to help. Our plane will join in logistical efforts to bring support to our northern friends and family as soon as possible.
