In November 2002, Northside Transport purchased its first tractor and trailer, starting in the transportation industry hauling backhoes in the Lower Mainland. The company grew quickly and gained a strong reputation of being both customer and service oriented and has now grown to 18 trucks. In our fleet, we have unique tandem and tridem bi-fold ramp trailers, RGN (removable gooseneck) trailers, with axle combinations ranging from 5-11 axles, capable of handling up to 150,000 lbs. We also offer a tridem stepdeck, tandem flatdeck . We take pride in servicing our customers in the Lower Mainland from Whistler to Hope, Western/Northern Canada, and the Pacific Northwest USA. From the beginning, Northside Transports has been a family business in every sense of the word. The Crawford sons grew up in the business and were driving trucks at a very young age. Rusty and Cindy work as a team in the office, Tylor in the shop, Ryan and Kyle in the trucks and Kyle's wife Mandy in the pilot truck. We have dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly staff members that are here to assist you in your transportation needs today, tomorrow and in the future.
