We moved this 30x88’ home 3 miles at Cardale last week and finished in the mud yesterday. The 40’ garage required beam stretching with the 75’ coming up 19’ short. With the sheer weight in the back we had to take care to keep it supported at all times but everything went fairly well and it fit like a glove with another pretty perfect foundation. Our best of wishes to our customers in the endeavour.

So this is where the kahunas went. We loaded this house with the garage this week moved it back to Alexander from Whitewood area. Everything went exceptionally well learning how to use the beams for the way we like to do stuff. Thanks to the True for working hard and pulling this off to keep the schedule we have coming and thanks to Derek and his family for having everything planned so well. It’ll be a beautiful upgrade from the trailer. We moved a month ago off the yard.

We headed up last Wednesday got our steel set up Tuesday we finish setting up steel then slid the first 4 and set them down. Friday morning we got four more slid into place and just set them down on the Steel. Headed out camping for the weekend came back Monday and got the first four jack down and the first two on the other side, slid in and sat down. Tuesday we got another three put in then Wednesday finished it up with the last two and nudged a few buildings into place the street and stuff out cleaned up and headed home. It was a solid six days as our young crew is learning and they did really well. We trimmed a fair amount of time off from the last project like this.

As we weren’t able to get the trombone under the trailer as it sat, we stopped in two weeks ago and slid it sideways out of the way for the new basement also so they could get started on that. This was before we moved the airplane, then came back after the airplane got loaded up and discovered my route up 21 had been shut down due to flooding so we had to redo the Permit on a different route through Brandon and the Permit office did that in a very timely manner and so we got this trailer moved last week.

This was a short couple mile move out in Western Manitoba. We started loading it last week, then went to do our other move to Boissevain. Then we came back Thursday Friday loading it and moved it wiggle it into you, please behind the power pole and headed home. Came back Monday morning got it up and levelled got rained out a few times. Then finished it up Tuesday morning, cleaned up and came back to Alexander for the next one

So in the middle of another another job we’re doing we came back to move this house to Boissevain as we got delayed for the storms Hydro had to fix stuff and they could accommodate us Wednesday. Thank you to our Customer for being so patient and also the people in which had sold the building had to wait for us too. We put it on blocks where it will sit until the basement is ready then we’ll go back and install it.
