We rescued this little cabin up at Tintown, Mb for our American customer. The building wasn’t blocked correctly sitting on straight dirt. We moved the cabin over added a 3/4 down lime pad then also added beams on top of the blocks. This let us set the blocks in under the building a ft so in the future it could be skirted.

We moved this house from Niverville to Roseau River Bible Camp. It’ll be a good asset for those that need to live on site to provide services for lots of children and adults in the many activities they provide. We put it up on the blocking they provided. This is the first time I’ve ever blocked on cinder block. We’ll go back this summer to put it on the foundation once it’s completed.

We headed out last week of January to get this building moved across town in Virden. This will be the second move for this building in three years as it moved to this site across the road to make way for the new co-op gas station in 2022. We got it loaded up and moved and walked up and unloaded on the new site by Friday morning. It will sit here until the weather is warm enough to pour a new cement pad and then we will come back and move it over sideways.
Thanks to your crew of young guys who injured some pretty cold mornings and days to get this done for Customer
