The last few weeks I had to come down hard on our hours of operation. Unfortunately vendors were selling way too early (an hour and a half…this was never approved, just slowly happened).
I got one or two angry phone calls, a few side eyes, a couple negative comments from some vendors, also some customers. But most vendors were grateful and appreciated us standing on this.
And you know what? Everyone cheers when the bell rings now haha 😅
So anyway, shortly after this happened, this post came across my page about not being able to sell early as a vendor. I made this comment and am glad that I wasn’t slammed for it, and look at the likes.
Yay validation in the weirdest of ways hahaha 😂
Anyway, I’ll be at the market tomorrow ya’ll!

Happy birthday! 🥳
This is a gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free and vegan red velvet cake with cream “cheese” filling, vanilla icing, fondant lace details and silk rose accents.
The customer wanted matte black, and I hunted down matte black edible allergen free paint. With the high humidity the last couple of days it did have a challenge drying down to that super matte finish. Which is a fun thing about baking, everything is affected by the weather 😅
I had a lot of fun planning this one and executing it.
I hope everyone was happy and the customer had an extraordinary birthday celebration 🎉
Thank you!

Hey ya’ll! Just a lot going on :) I have a few large orders going out (yay, thank you!), one kiddo is under the weather and my other kiddo decided to take on a tree with her face.
The tree won🥇
And we spent a large part of the day in the hospital 🤦🏼‍♀️
Sooo I’ll be back next week lol 🤷‍♀️😅
