I was the honorary yesterday afternoon. After a morning of errands with I needed to get some movement under my belt. So I helped and Nicole build a structure to house the pool pump. After the first cut of wood I claimed the saw as mine and had a blast measuring and cutting the rest of the afternoon. It was also fun getting to level things out and screw things in … also got to build some muscles hauling over eight buckets full of gravel. 🤣💪

We left Kansas yesterday and ‘ed at an awesome brewery in Norman, Oklahoma overnight. Drank delicious beer, made friends with fellow HH’er and got a great night’s sleep. Today we rose with the sun, walked around a bit with before grabbing some super yummy and super spicy Thai lunch.

Now we’re back on the road and heading south some more to spend a handful of days with and his lovely gal Sumelé.

It’s been fun being back in in a more mobile form!

The family had a fun past couple of days. Hung out with Mr. Wolskie and Mr. Luca, had some yummy happy hour food, went and met a bunch of small puppy friends this morning thanks to and was immediately cashed out on our drive to brunch afterwards - but not too tired to perch up on dad’s lap for table scraps!!!

and had to give a short farewell to this morning. He’s off to to help our dear friends clear out a road to a future Airbnb village. We miss him already and are looking forward to giving him all the hugs and kisses when he’s done with all the heavy lifting and hard work.
