This dual-role position involves front desk reception duties and supporting the accounting team with accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and experienced in handling both administrative and basic accounting tasks. Working hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday – Friday. This position will be located at our corporate office in Bouctouche NB. This is an in-person position, salary will be dependent upon skill set and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage front desk emails and correspondence
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Accounts Receivable Duties:
• Prepare and send invoices
• Process incoming payments (checks, credit cards, ACH)
• Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and maintain communication with clients
• Reconcile A/R ledger and assist with month-end closing
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements:
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
