🚌🍁Skip the Traffic: Ride the Switzer-Carty Canada Day Firework Shuttle!🍁🚌

Heading to Moira Lake for the big fireworks show? Leave the car behind! Thanks to the amazing team at Switzer-CARTY Transportation, the Switzer-Carty Shuttle is providing FREE rides so you have the opportunity to attend stress-free.

The fireworks will begin at dusk (when dark) and will be displayed over beautiful Moira Lake.

Shuttle Details:

Pick-Up Location: Centre Hastings Park (24 Seymour Street, Madoc).

Departure Times: 8:30 PM and 8:50 PM (Heading to Moira Lake Boat Launch).

Return Trip: The Switzer Shuttle will bring you right back to the park immediately following the fireworks.

Important Info:

Where to Park: Park your vehicle at the designated Centre Hastings Park downtown parking lots before boarding.

Sign-In Required: All passengers must sign in before boarding the bus.

Wear Your Red: Don't forget to pack your lawn chairs and wear your Canada Day red.

It's and this week we’re sending a huge wave of love and gratitude to Jessica!

While Jessica has moved on to a new adventure in a different field, the incredible impact she’s had on our Belleville branch team—and especially on the kids on her bus—will be felt for a very long time. The notes from her students and her work Mom, April, are a testament to Jessica's patience, kindness, and ability to see the best in everyone. 💛

We’re already hoping she might find her way back to us down the road, but in the meantime, we all wish Jessica the absolute best of luck in her next chapter!

Partnership and community investment are core pillars of our mission at Switzer-CARTY Transportation. We were deeply privileged to recently accept the Royal Canadian Legion Friendship Award from Branch 641.

This award recognizes our team’s ongoing commitment to supporting the Legion’s vital community work, including sponsoring their annual golf tournament and collaborating on local events.

A special thank you goes out to our Charter Manager, Candy Feeley, and her incredible team. Their hard work was instrumental in coordinating the logistics for the Barrhaven Food Cupboard deliveries and the Legion Tours.

We are incredibly grateful to Branch 641 for this recognition, and immensely proud of the entire Switzer-CARTY team whose dedication and generosity make these community initiatives successful.
