Hurricane Melissa - Important Travel Updates

Montego Bay (MBJ), Jamaica
Due to Hurricane Melissa, Montego Bay Airport (MBJ) has suspended all operations until Wednesday, October 29 inclusively.

As a result, the following flights have been cancelled:
• TS516 – October 28: Toronto (YYZ) → Montego Bay (MBJ)
• TS484 – October 29: Montreal (YUL) → Montego Bay (MBJ)
• TS485 – October 29: Montego Bay (MBJ) → Montreal (YUL)
• TS516 – October 29: Toronto (YYZ) → Montego Bay (MBJ)
• TS517 – October 29: Montego Bay (MBJ) → Toronto (YYZ)

Impacted customers will be contacted directly as soon as possible with further information.

Holguín (HOG), Cuba

Transat is taking immediate measures to ensure the safety of its customers in Holguín, Cuba (HOG).

Three repatriation flights will operate on Monday, October 27, 2025, to bring our customers back to Canada:
• Flight TS9467: Departing Holguín (HOG) at 17:10, arriving in Montreal (YUL) at 21:05 (local times).
• Flight TS9955: Departing Holguín (HOG) at 19:10, arriving in Toronto (YYZ) at 23:05 (local times).
• Flight TS9357: Departing Holguín (HOG) at 20:25, arriving in Montreal (YUL) at 00:25 (+1) (local times).

Customers with a Transat package
Travelers currently at destination will be contacted and transferred to the airport in the coming hours.

For Air Transat ticket holders (flight only)

If clients wish to return earlier, they must contact our Passenger Assistance Line at 00 80 04 24 33 (valid from Cuba). Options will be offered based on availability.

Hurricane Policy

Transat’s Hurricane Policy applies to flights scheduled on October 31, 2025, to Montego Bay and Holguín.

If your clients wish to take advantage of this policy, please contact our Contact Center or your travel agency.
