My name is Harry Quiseo, and I'm reaching out to you on behalf of Ameerah, a delivery services company in Canada.
We are dedicated to providing effective solutions tailored to your delivery needs.
We understand the importance of simplicity, reliability, and a touch of humility. Let me be straightforward - I'm almost certain that most, if not all, marketing pitches you've read and received claim to be the best delivery company in Canada to win your business.
At Ameerah, we commit to the following at a bare minimum:
1. Delivering on schedule (unless there's a severe winter storm or natural calamity).
2. Delivering items in good shape and safe, exactly as they are.
3. Charging your company reasonably (there's a high probability we are the cheapest as of now, but we can confidently commit to being reasonable).
That's it!
No bells and whistles. We don't make promises like "faster, better, and cheaper." As the "cheaper" aspect can be a pitfall in any business deals, as someone could offer a lower price tomorrow. The "faster" part is about the time it takes to deliver, which is technically similar among delivery companies in Canada, regardless of size. The "better" part is subjective and varies per customer.
So, we won't claim to be the best delivery company, as every business has its own flaws and weaknesses, in our opinion.
But what Ameerah is, is hungry to win and deliver. We're committed to improving our delivery services and processes as soon as possible, more than we should and more than we could, especially if anyone from our customers or team reports any lapses or inconveniences.
Here's our pitch:
We want your business, even if it's just a small portion of it. We're not a popular household name yet, and we don't mind. We just want to deliver and serve. Regarding software solutions required for delivery companies (GPS, tracking, signature, pictures, etc.), we have that covered and can develop/implement integrations with your current systems.
Lastly, we don't know the specifics of your current delivery arrangements with any third-party or internal delivery companies. However, it's always wise and strategic for any company to have Plan B and Plan C delivery partners to fulfill any delivery requirements and grow your business.
Give us a shot with at least one delivery. If it's not the best fit, and we fall short, feel free to let us know where we can improve. No hard feelings. If it works, try us again for another delivery, and let's work together to improve from there.
