✨ WHO WE ARE WEDNESDAYS // Meet Michelle!

1. What is your position at 4Seasons Transportation?

I’m a Supervisor, which means I answer a lot of questions, solve random problems, and act like I totally had everything under control the whole time!

2. What do you love about working at 4Seasons?

The people and the laughs! No two days are ever the same, which keeps things interesting and gives us plenty of stories to tell.

3. What is something others might not know about you?

I speak three languages, Teach all kinds of dance for the past 10 years, especially Zumba! and I’m a total bookworm. Basically, I can tell you what to do in three languages, choreograph your reaction, and then go home and read about the drama!

1. What is your position at 4Seasons Transportation?

Supervisor

2. What do you love about working at 4Seasons?

I love that 4Seasons doesn’t just serve - it sets the standards for it. Every Kiddo interaction is about anticipating and preparing ourselves for their needs and genuine care that I see with all the personal. It’s not just checking boxes. Working here means I get to be part of a team that takes pride in creating those memorable moments for the kiddos. Also, the energy is so positive that motivates one to go there and beyond.

3. What is something others might not know about you?

People are usually surprised to hear I’ve worked on criminal profiling with French Police. It’s a very different world from squash and working with Bees, but all has taught me strategy, observation in details, and staying calm in high stakes situations.

Pool Party ⛱️☀️

We had the best time at our annual pool party with our TCSs! Every year, we rent out the entire pool and host our TCSs and their families for an evening of swimming, and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening.

It’s such a great way to stay connected with our TCSs over the summer. Can’t wait for the next one🎉

🤠Kicking off Stampede the right way!

Last week, our TCSs got together for the Stampede Parade to enjoy the incredible floats, horses, and cowboy spirit. We started the morning with a delicious pancake breakfast before watching the parade kick off🐴 It was the perfect way to bring our team together and enjoy a fun summer morning✨

1. What is your position at 4Seasons Transportation?

I am a TCS Driver

2. What do you love about working at 4Seasons?

I love the people! Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. The marketing department does such a good job putting on events to get everyone together in a job where you rarely get to see your coworkers, and it makes me so happy to feel included and that everyone is trying to be their best selves!

3. What is something others might not know about you?

I love animal facts! I’ve collected dozens upon dozens over the years and could probably say something interesting about any animal I see. One of my favourites is that when Otters are babies and their mother takes them out to hunt for food, she’ll ruffle the babies fur so much that they puff up and will float aimlessly across the water’s surface!
