I've tried everything i can do to regain access to my Company page Lukach Transportation as an admin on facebook with no way of being able to get a hold of facebook, or an email that you can report things to. (that is monitored) Facebook/Meta is going to force me to have to make a whole BRAND NEW facebook company page from this new profile. Just so i can be an admin and have the access that i need to be able to run my social medias and or add people to run my social medias. I'm at a loss of word and insanely pi**ed off that there is no way for me to claim ownership of my own dam page because My other account was hacked and permanently disabled (witch again i can not get any information on, nor help recovering as i need a direct contact with facebook)

I'm at a loss of words that there is NO SYSTEM anywhere in place to have a support chat or email that they actually respond to. being the LARGEST social media platform in the world you think they would care more about their users and the problems that they have.

So, I'm going to have to rebuild the Whole Facebook presence of my own company and start fresh again. 150 Likes may not be anything special. But its the year of time and effort that went in to making the page what it is. Including the 4 months that Brook was posting for me. All that hard work and effort that both of us had done has now gone down the drain and I'm going to have to rebuild the whole page and audience. It was over a year of work, and that is what sucks about having to make this decision. This sucks. lol But it is what it is and I will rebuild and be better then ever.

UPDATE!

With my personal Facebook (main profile) still being out of my control from being hacked. I'm struggling to contact Facebook and get my new profile added as the owner of the Lukach Transportation page

This means that I can't add, nor remove admins/managers of the social media pages as of right now. As my personal page is what created this entity, it is the only power to have access to the business page settings in meta.

I do have control of both the Lukach Transportation Instagram and page and I'm not concerned as of right now that someone will gain access to them. I just don't have access to the necessary settings the page should have, being its own entity.

I've sent numerous emails to fb.support with no emails back. I've sent messages to Meta business support page, with no success or response as well. And I just don't know what to do other than creating a new page. I can still post, manage the pages content, run ads, messages, comments , etc. But don't have access to necessary settings to be able to have a successful page with full control.

To all those whom have reached out in regards to posting on our social media, I appreciate all of you and am sorry for the inconvenience at this time as I'm sorting out some behind the scenes. I'll keep you updated on what happens next, but as of right now it's looking like we will have to create a new page. Fingers crossed I can get this settled and find a way to get ahold of someone from facebook/meta soon.

Due to my personal Facebook being hacked. I won't be posting on this company page (Facebook and Instagram) until I know that it's going to be secure and I've made contact with Facebook. I'm too worried that they can gain access to this page as well.

Today was a good day, I loaded up axels and trailer parts in Brantford this morning. Had 2 deliveries, one in Exeter ON and other one in Goodrich ON.
