Lego plays a special role with Logikor, as every new team member gets to select their own Lego person and nameplate; team members are awarded unique bricks based on their achievements throughout the year. They can keep adding blocks to their Lego person’s build over the course of months and years.
So, this year we decided to take the 4-99 age recommendations seriously and challenged the teams to a Lego build competition!
Every team member whether at our offices or working remotely across North America had to design and build a structure that best represented who they are as a team. There were some great laughs as teams huddled around the table building, and ultimately two teams emerged victorious and won the customized YETI ramblers.

Thursday night, we we were additionally recognized with the Achievement of Excellence HR Innovator Award at the Top Fleet Gala and we could not be more honored. This award recognizes industry leading organizations for forward thinking & outside of the box approaches towards HR initatives, especially during this exceptionally challenging year. Specific items Logikor was commended for was:
