Guys, let’s talk logistics. Some of us have been discussing changing the time of our meeting to Sunday nights at 7 when the women meet for anchored. If they’re in the chapel, we would meet in the bean.

The second thing is what everyone wants out of this group. So I am going to post a poll that I need everyone to respond to with what they want out of this group and when is a good time for them.

Hey, gents. This Wednesday will be just us guys. Nov. 28th we will have Steve West coming to discuss passivity with us. For this Wednesday coming up, we’re planning on just meeting as guys and having a time of being real with each other. We plan on just having a time together to (A) recap what we’ve heard so far, (B) talk about how what we’ve heard has been affecting us, and (C) what we would like going forward. Bottom line, this Wednesday is basically just a time for us to meet and say “this is how I’m doing in my journey through learning manhood,” or “this is where I’m struggling,” or “this is something that’s really helped me.”

Look forward to seeing you dudes there.

Hey guys. This Wednesday we meet again at 6:30 in the Caf. We'll be hearing from our guest speaker, Dr. David Barker. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

Hey guys, two things:

We're excited to be gearing up for our second meeting this Wednesday. What we plan on doing is having a sort of question period for Dane, Brad, and Dr. Reed. If it helps to develop questions, our working definition of biblical manhood is, "the strength to serve sacrificially by being protective, productive, and proactive." If you have any questions for Dr. Reed after our last session or any practical questions based on our definition, come out and let's learn together. Perhaps someone else will have a great question you hadn't thought of but could hear. What would be seriously helpful is if you guys wouldn't mind posting any questions you're comfortable with asking publicly below so that I can compile a list and forward them to Dr. Reed, Dane, and Brad before Wednesday so they have some time to think beforehand.

Also, the third session will be on October 31st, and the guest speaker is Dr. Barker Sr. The topic is TBA.
