Most recently, we've been featured in the City's latest public art initiative. A high-resolution photo of our airport operations was recently selected for a local utility box wrap project!

For International Dog Day, we’re highlighting the four-legged passengers who travel through our terminal. While YBL welcomes service animals and travelling pets, smooth transit depends on proper advance preparation with your airline carrier. 🦮

Transport requirements - including kennel dimensions, health documentation, and check-in procedures vary between Pacific Coastal Airlines and WestJet.

Although we are a smaller airport, WestJet’s check-in requirements still apply.🧳

WestJet recommends arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to departure. Domestic check-in and baggage drop-off close 1 hour prior to departure⏰

Arrive early, check in, purchase a sandwich from the cafe and start your journey stress-free. 😊✨
