As we celebrate the midpoint of this incredible week, I'm thrilled to take a moment to reflect on the phenomenal journey we've shared over the past two and a half years. The unwavering loyalty of our cherished customers has been the driving force behind our growth and success, and I'm deeply humbled by their trust. Our team's dedication and perseverance have been the cornerstone of our achievements, and I appreciate their tireless efforts. Ray's invaluable Sunday contributions have given me the gift of a day without vehicle responsibilities, and I'm grateful for his selflessness. Teresa, our longest-serving team member, has demonstrated extraordinary devotion by covering Thursday evenings and a weekend in August, granting me a rejuvenating three-day break. Over the past six months, Jacob's reliability has been truly remarkable, and the collective synergy of all three has propelled us forward. Although we're exploring the possibility of hiring for evening shifts between Monday and Wednesday, our current bookings indicate that staffing every evening may not be financially feasible. Nonetheless, I want to assure our valued customers that we're more than happy to accommodate trips outside business hours with sufficient notice, ensuring seamless arrangements.

I SEE YOU!!!
A disturbing experience recently left me feeling frustrated and concerned. I received a call to pick up a passenger at north ave, headed to the shopper's drug mart in Wolfville. Upon meeting the gentleman at the house, I realized he wasn't the one who'd booked the ride. It became apparent the person on the phone was attempting to scam this kind senior out of money, claiming it was for a lottery prize. The senior had been duped before, and I caught the scammer in the act. The person on the phone grew agitated, instructing the gentleman not to speak with me. I'm relieved I could intervene and prevent further financial loss. Let's work together to shield our seniors from these heartless individuals. It's essential we take proactive steps to safeguard our vulnerable community members. I'm glad I could stop this scam. I wouldn't let the scammer continue speaking with the gentleman. And this sweet man even tried to give me money for showing up. They were gonna try to make me be the getaway vehicle. 😤🫩🤨

This is to remind you that Canning Cab has been approved as a vendor for several community organizations, including Chipman, the Department of Community Services, the Workers' Compensation Board and BTO among others. Dear valued customers, we would like to take a moment to wish everyone a happy Good Friday and Easter. Our hours of operation will remain consistent with our usual schedule tomorrow, closing at midnight. However, we will be closing early today. Unless there are existing bookings, we will likely be closed on Monday. Interestingly, we have observed over the past two and a half years that long weekends have not yielded the expected increase in business, likely due to families planning activities and spending time together during these periods. Once again, we wish you a joyous Easter and look forward to serving you tomorrow. 🌟🌈🎉😊👍
