Starting November 1, 2026, updated taxi fares will apply for taxi service to and from YYG.

Here is a quick look at the new rates:

Charlottetown Zone: $23.00
Stratford & Cornwall Zone: $35.00
Additional passenger, same destination: $5.00 (kids under 12 free)
Other destinations: $2.50 per km

✈️ Air Canada → Toronto & Montréal, daily
✈️ Porter → Ottawa (year round), Toronto & Montréal until September 7
✈️ WestJet → Calgary until September 13 & Edmonton until September 8
✈️ Flair → Toronto until October 23

Since the official renaming of our airport to Charlottetown Alexander B. Campbell Airport, we have been working through the many updates that come with a name change of this significance.

We are proud to share one of the first and most visible. Our new entrance sign is now proudly bearing the name of Prince Edward Island’s longest-serving Premier.

Every traveller arriving at YYG will now be greeted by the legacy of a remarkable leader who dedicated his life to building stronger connections for this Island. 🇨🇦

Our vision is to provide an exceptional Island experience, so today we brought that experience to the people who run this operation. ✈️

We celebrated our YYG airport community with COWS ice cream and Raspberry Cordial. Safe to say it was an udderly amazing break in our day. 🐄🍦
