We’re looking for someone who:

Isn’t allergic to hard work

Can take direction without taking it personally

Shows up on time (early is impressive 👀)

Understands that safety isn’t optional

What you’ll actually be doing:

Assisting winch & bed truck operators

Rigging, chaining, tarping, flagging

Loading/unloading equipment properly

Working outdoors (yes, even when it’s cold)

Representing the company professionally on site

What we expect:

Strong work ethic

Positive attitude

Ability to hustle when it’s go-time

Willingness to learn

Clean driver’s license

Oilfield experience is an asset but not required

We’re growing and looking for experienced Class 1 Drivers who know their way around winch trucks and bed trucks and take pride in doing the job right the first time.

If you like steady work, a solid crew, and equipment you’re not embarrassed to drive… keep reading.

What you’ll be doing:

Operating winch trucks & bed trucks safely and efficiently

Loading, securing, and hauling equipment/materials

Job site deliveries & field support

Pre-trip inspections & basic equipment care

Working closely with dispatch and the crew to keep jobs moving

What we’re looking for:

Valid Class 1 license- Clean Abstract is a Must

Winch/bed truck experience (asset — we can train the right person)

Strong load securement knowledge

Good communication & common sense (seriously, it matters)

Safety-first mindset

Able to work outdoors and handle physical tasks

Reliable and self-motivated — no babysitting required

Willing to be away from home for short periods of time
