The qualified applicant must:

- Be capable and experienced in pulling super bees. [on and off highway.]
- have their own transportation to and from work.
- be able to work away from home when necessary.
- be capable of working alone as well as with others. (Positive attitude).
- possess current safety tickets.
- winch experience would be a asset.
- respect the equipment like it’s your own.
- be able to pass a drug test.
- have a clean drivers abstract.
- have own living accommodations when not working.
