The first time I visited Amsterdam, I had a blast. But returning last spring, a little older and a little wiser (haha), I experienced the city from a whole new perspective. It's like a Dutch version of Paris, and I fell in love.

Now I'm itching to go back and explore more of the beautiful towns and villages surrounding Amsterdam.

Which got me thinking… who would be interested in joining me on a group trip to the Netherlands?!

Welcome home, Janis & Terry! Another amazing adventure in the books for these two!

Janis and Terry just returned from an incredible trip through Spain and Portugal, including the beautiful Azores! I absolutely loved hearing from them throughout their travels and hearing how much they were enjoying the different places we had chosen, their hotels, experiences, and all the little moments along the way. And of everything they experienced, their private day trip to Tangier ended up being the highlight of the entire trip!

There were a couple of unexpected hiccups along the way, because travel doesn't always go exactly according to plan, but we were able to sort everything out on the fly and keep their adventure moving.

What I love most is that we've now planned five trips together overall, with three incredible adventures already taken and two more to look forward to - Belize this November, followed by Japan & Bali next April! ✈️

I am so incredibly grateful for the loyalty and trust Janis and Terry have put in me since we first started working together. There is something really special about getting to plan one adventure, then another, and another, and becoming a small part of all the stories and memories they bring home along the way.

A little coordination with my clients and their private transfer driver, an adjusted pickup time, and… everyone’s together and smiling!🙌

The best part? The “we found each other!” selfie they sent me! 🤗

A 40th birthday worth raising a glass to! 🥂 Kelly & Brent are celebrating with an incredible European adventure, and these views say it all! First, a gifted bottle of bubbly overlooking Lake Como, followed by the view from their hotel room in Florence, where they’re currently enjoying their stay. Wow!

Their journey began in Paris before they picked up a luxury car rental in Milan and drove to Lake Como. Next came two days driving through Switzerland, including the spectacular Furka Pass, before continuing on to Florence.

On their Florence itinerary: a small group w**e windows walk with w**e tasting, plus a pasta and tiramisu cooking class with unlimited w**e. 🍝🍷

Then it’s off to the Tuscan countryside for a few nights at the beautiful Le Lappe Agriturismo, including a private w**e tour through the Chianti region.

Their adventure continues in Cinque Terre with a panoramic ocean view room in Riomaggiore!

What a way to celebrate 40! Happy Birthday Kelly!🥂

Welcome Home Natalie and Richard! 🇮🇹 Natalie secretly planned this Italian getaway to surprise her husband with an early 50th birthday celebration! 🥂

Their trip began in Puglia, with five nights at the iconic La Sommità Relais & Châteaux in the beautiful town of Ostuni. From there, they continued down the coast to Otranto for four nights before ending their adventure in Matera at the extraordinary Sextantio Le Grotte della Civita cave hotel. What a way to celebrate a birthday!

🚗 My recommendation for exploring this part of Italy? Rent a car! Public transportation can be limited and less convenient for getting between smaller towns and reaching those hidden gem spots. Having your own wheels gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace, see more of the area, and make the most of your time.

Clients Off Exploring: Spain, Morocco & Portugal!

Over the past three years, Janis, Terry, and I have planned five grand adventures together. On this latest journey through Spain and Portugal, they stayed in Tarifa, a sweet little coastal town in southern Spain and a hidden gem I discovered on my own travels. From there, they took the ferry across to Morocco for the day.

With a private guide, they enjoyed an incredible day exploring, learning about the local culture, and experiencing a completely different continent as an easy and convenient day trip from Spain!

I feel so lucky to be part of their travels and to have gotten to know their travel style so I can continue creating experiences that suit them perfectly!

Portugal is next as their adventure continues!

Off Exploring: Portugal Edition 🇵🇹

I love when clients keep me updated as they travel! It’s so special to follow along and see the trip we spent time planning together unfold in real time.

Heather and John are currently exploring Portugal with another couple as part of their Ireland and Portugal adventure. After spending a couple of days in Porto, they enjoyed a lovely day touring the Douro Valley, complete with w**e tastings, a scenic Douro River cruise, and lunch surrounded by these incredible views.

From here, they drove to Óbidos for the night before continuing to Lagos to decompress in the Algarve for several nights. They’ll end the Portugal portion of their trip in Lisbon and then it’s on to Ireland!

Two families are coming home from two incredible East Coast Summer Vacations! 🇨🇦

The McFarland family explored Halifax, Peggy’s Cove, Hopewell Rocks and the Bay of Fundy before heading to Prince Edward Island for time in Charlottetown and Cavendish. From there, they took the ferry to Nova Scotia and continued on to beautiful Cape Breton, spending time in Baddeck and staying at the incredible Keltic Lodge at the Highlands.

The Grund family began their adventure in Halifax before stopping at iconic Peggy’s Cove on their way to Nova Scotia’s beautiful South Shore. After a few days exploring and enjoying the coast, they continued on to Prince Edward Island for time in Charlottetown and exploring around the island.

There is just something so special about summer on Canada’s East Coast ❤️
