Our family of 8 (+ our 8 month old grandson) stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo for a week. The resort offered everything that we could have needed & more. Daily beach volleyball, great food & restaurants, comfortable & clean accommodations, a number of swimming pools to enjoy & wonderful drink service (right to our loungers around the pool). We enjoyed the daily buffet at breakfast, snacked during the afternoon at the pool buffet and then dined at one of the a la carte restaurants in the evening: Mexican, Italian, Greek, Steakhouse & Japanese to name just a few. The entertainment in the evenings was incredible, with exceptional vocal performers from around the globe -- although our family also spent a few evenings enjoying the Sports Bar watching football and soccer games. The resort is definitely a family resort, with lots of families with young children but it never felt overcrowded or too busy. The lazy river & the accelerating waterslides were a welcoming addition to our entertainment during the sunny afternoons and pool loungers were always available (even for our family of 8). We ended up bringing our own inexpensive pool floaties (the resort staff were able to blow them up right by the pool), which we left there with a family who had just arrived. It was a wonderful vacation, balanced with just enough activities and relaxation for everyone! We would recommend the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo for your next (multi-generational) family vacation.
