Yesterday I got a call for service from Eden to pick her and her daughter Ayla up from IGA. On my way to pick them up and turning west at the arena towards IGA I see a little dog. Shih Tzu of some description. He was booking it westbound towards IGA. He had the legs don't fail me now look and I could tell he wasn't planning on stopping anytime soon. I thought to myself I would intervene if I had more time. Anyway I pull up to the front doors of IGA. Ayla jumps in and Eden puts in an arm full of groceries and in jumps this dog right onto Ayla's lap. Funny as hell. Sort of like ok get me the hell out of here. Eden and I agreed there would be someone looking for him and sure enough on our way back towards the arena we see a young lady obviously looking for the pup. Turns out the young lady's mom comes and picks up the dog and tells us she was grooming him for a lady from Fort Mac when he bolted. Through it all neither I or Eden thought to take a picture. Anyway it all worked out in the end and everything was as it should be. I just wanted to share that little story.
