Xtreme Cold Storage offers tailored warehousing and cargo solutions with direct access to the Greater Moncton Airport. Our SQF-compliant, CBSA bonded, CFIA approved, and energy-efficient facility provides:
• 72,000 sq. of dry space (10–15°C)
• Refrigerated loading docks to protect the cold chain

We also handle cargo screening, pallet buildup, and ULD loading just 200m from Apron 8. Since 2017, we’ve been a Transport Canada Regulated Agent for Cargo Screening and a proud Partners in Protection (PIP) member.

Proud to have welcomed the Honourable Joanne Thompson, Canada's Minister of Fisheries; the Honourable Loyola O' Driscoll, Newfoundland and Labrador's Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture; and the Honourable Pat Finnigan, New Brunswick's Minister of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries, for a tour of Xtreme Cold's state-of-the-art refrigerated warehousing facility and YQM's international air cargo infrastructure today.
