We are developing themed eco-resort micro-communities that integrate short-term accommodation, long-term residency, and regenerative agriculture within a shared infrastructure model.

Each location functions as a self-contained ecosystem, offering diverse housing options including earth-sheltered homes, A-frames, and compact residences — alongside staff housing and shared community amenities.

By consolidating utilities, food production, and common spaces, the model reduces per-capita resource consumption compared to conventional development. On-site agriculture and light processing support food security, local employment, and supply-chain resilience.

Revenue is generated through a diversified structure including short-term stays, long-term housing, agricultural production, events, and membership participation. Members may participate through structured investment and revenue-sharing opportunities.

The objective is to deliver economically viable, resource efficient communities that combine tourism, housing, and agriculture within a scalable development framework.

Quick update. Hinton Crown land can be applied for a 50yr lease however only lodging there. No Gardening capabilities. Eco and Forest tourism only. We applied for some land there for a lodge.
Barrhead seems to be the better choice for Agritourism. We're applying for Grant funding feasibility studies, engineering design through the Woman's Entrepreneur Program. Also found a nice investment property there for deeded titled lots capable for investments at $70,000 per lot services to their property line. Home builders H**pcrete or any approved builders the investor chooses.

Happy Sunday everyone 🌱

I wanted to share something we’re beginning to explore near the Barrhead area.
We’re working on a small multi-use pilot development that would combine:
• Housing for approximately 20 people
• Fresh vegetable production
• A shared processing kitchen (so nothing goes to waste)
• Employment connected directly to the land
Instead of separating housing, jobs, and food systems, we believe they can be thoughtfully designed together.

The goal is simple:
Create stable housing, meaningful work, and local food production — all within one integrated model.

We’re in the early stages and reaching out to potential collaborators, supporters, and community-minded individuals who believe we can build better.

We are excited to share with you our new associations and collaborations are with H**p Homes. Today a new one, I can't give all away until she is ready to introduce herself but I will say this, very pleased to see our online community grow with such a wonderful group of people. Today we have a Metis who has cured herself from cancer. She has ancient healing wisdom to offer to our community. She will using the PartnerConnect app to become a member of our corporation which will give her the ability to gain revenues from our shared resort. You all have that ability as well should you decide to join our membership app using the link provided. Cant wait to see what we all have to offer our community. What can you bring to the table?
