Congratulations to our very own Tara Struthers for being honoured tonite during Transportation week by the Saskatoon Transportation Club . Tara can be found managing Long Creek Railroads daily affairs-conducting on the line or doing track maintenance. Tara has made a difference in the transportation world and we are most proud of her accomplishments !

Yesterday Long Creek Railroad hosted the NORCOA Speeders. The last time LCR hosted this group was prior to Covid. The morning was overcast and a bit gloomy but by the time we got 20 miles down the track, the sunshine came out! This wonderful group took the time to enjoy Tribune when we turned everyone around. Lots of people along Torquay came out to watch us pass by. They were also treated for lunch at the Lievaart’s Farms elevator in Outram. Looking forward to next time!
