Triple G Trucking Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Technician to join our team, immediately! An ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude who can work in a fast-paced environment. Truck and transport experience is an asset. CVIP license is not required but is a major asset. Wages negotiable based on experience and tickets.
Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
*Perform CVIP inspections on Trucks and Trailers.
· Maintenance, repair, service, and inspection of truck and trailers.
· Able to diagnose faults and malfunctions.
· Adjust, repair, or replace all defective equipment, parts, components, or systems.
· Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
· Complete all required paperwork pertaining to Safety program, service reports, work orders.
· Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
· Perform duties with little or no supervision and in a timely and efficient manner.
· Completes all maintenance and repair activities in a safe manner and ensures the work area is clean and organized according to company policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42.00-$48.00 per hour (wages negotiable based on experience)
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
