The best thing about agriculture isn’t the money.

It’s the purpose.

Because the truth is… the effort almost always outweighs the financial reward. The long days, the uncertainty, the physical work—it’s not easy.

But what keeps me going is something much deeper.

I didn’t just choose this life. In many ways, it healed me.

I battled autoimmune issues, and like so many people, I was told to manage it… live with it… accept it.

But I wasn’t okay with that.

I turned to food—not packaged “health food,” not quick fixes—but real food. The kind grown in the soil. The kind raised with care. The kind our bodies actually recognize.

And that’s when everything started to change.

The food I fueled myself with became the number one reason I was able to reverse what I was told was permanent.

That experience changed everything for me.

Now, when I grow food, it’s not just about selling vegetables or filling CSA boxes.

It’s about healing.

It’s about giving my family, my CSA family, and my community access to the same kind of nourishment that changed my life.

It’s about knowing exactly where my food comes from—and feeling deeply connected to it.

That connection matters.

Because food isn’t just calories.

It’s information. It’s medicine. It’s the foundation of our health.

And that’s why I do this.

Not because it’s easy.
Not because it’s wildly profitable.

But because it matters.

And because I’ve lived the difference it can make.

Over the years, working as a holistic nutritionist with clients trying to reverse inflammation and chronic disease, I’ve noticed something…

It’s not lack of information that holds people back.

We know what to do.
Eat real food.
Move your body.
Sleep.
Get outside.

But knowing isn’t the problem.

The real reason people struggle to stay on track?

Doing this alone is hard.

In the past I have done similar programs for FREE...And something else I’ve seen again and again…

When there’s no real commitment—especially financial—people don’t show up the same way.
They skip the live calls.
They don’t fully engage.
And they don’t get the results they’re capable of.

But because they don’t have enough skin in the game.

So I’m thinking about creating something this fall…

A 30-day program focused on:
