Fort Frances Municipal Airport

A common misconception about the airport we are finding is that our infrastructure isn’t capable of handling larger aircraft. While this is true of certain types of jet aircraft. It isn’t always the case. Here is the largest machine we can have in times of need at this facility. With a gross weight just under 80,000kgs it is capable of taking off and landing on short runways without issue. A true testament that 1 mile of runway will take you anywhere in the world you’d like to go.

Well after a lot of sweat, tears and a little blood we finally get to see C-GSIJ take to the skies! In the flight testing phase now but it won't be long and this beautiful aircraft will be tearing up the skies all over Northwestern Ontario. Congrats Leo!!
