We’re Hiring – Customer Service Representative

FMFN Group is looking for a friendly, safety-conscious Customer Service Representative to join our Petro Canada team. If you enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
Scan items, operate cash register & process transactions
Authorize gas purchases
Stock shelves & maintain store cleanliness
Balance daily transactions

Schedule & Working Conditions:

7 days on / 7 days off
One week: 5:00 am – 2:00 pm
Second week: 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm (Wed–Tues rotation)
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and handle prolonged standing, walking, lifting, squatting & bending

What you bring:

Previous customer service experience
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn – training is provided

-Treated water reservoir & pumping station

-Low-pressure sewage collection systems

-Sewage lift station

You’ll assist with system checks, water sampling and testing, basic maintenance, and responding to water-related concerns and emergencies.

Requirements include:
✅ Grade 12 or equivalent
✅ Safety tickets (Standard First Aid/CPR, Confined Space, H2S)
✅ Willingness to work shift work and be on-call for emergencies
✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team

Fort McMurray First Nation Group of Companies (FMFN Group) is looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in the Wood Buffalo Region of Northern Alberta. This is a camp position (NOT fly in/fly out).

Job Details:

Drive to/from camp in your own vehicle
Camp room provided

What you’ll do:

Safely operate heavy equipment (excavator)
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
Clean, lubricate and complete minor maintenance
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Complete work orders and safety documentation

What you bring:

5+ years’ experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator (Excavator)
Strong mechanical aptitude & safety awareness
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license or GDL
Physically able to pull, push, twist, bend, shovel and lift up to 75 lbs
Safety tickets including First Aid/CPR, H2S Alive, CSO, Ground Disturbance 201, Wildlife Awareness, and more
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test

Work with dozers ranging from D4–D10

Support heavy construction & mining projects in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring:

5+ years progressive dozer operating experience
Strong understanding of equipment safety & maintenance
Valid driver’s license & clean abstract
Ability to pass pre-access drug & alcohol testing
