Have you been on a Via Ferrata before? 🧗‍♂️

Here are three quick tips to get you ready:

1️⃣ Gloves on — protects you hands and helps with gripping rocks, rungs, and bridge rails.

2️⃣ Wear pants — better than shorts for protecting your legs from rocky surfaces, plus they keep you warm when in shady spots or near water.

3️⃣ Start with a little nervous energy — a few stomach butterflies are normal before you go, talk to your guides and remember, you can probably do it!
