Community Hike | Hike Heal & Connect 🥾🌿

This weekend, Hike Heal & Connect came together for a beautiful morning along the Speed River Trail in Guelph. A simple walk, good conversations, fresh air and a chance to slow down and reconnect with nature and each other.
From walking alongside the river to sharing laughs along the way, this is exactly what our hikes are about — move, connect, breathe and enjoy the outdoors together.

Some waterfalls are seen from the roadside. This one makes you earn the view. 💧🏔️

Our guided hike began beside the turquoise waters of Bow Lake and led us deep into the Canadian Rockies—to the powerful Bow Glacier Falls, fed by meltwater from the Wapta Icefield.

The closer we got, the louder the water became. Standing beneath it, surrounded by the mountains and sharing the moment with an amazing group, made every step worthwhile.

This is why I travel—not only to see beautiful places, but to experience the journey that leads to them.
