Good Morning!
You can make a difference in our community! Join us in our annual holiday food drive for the Ingersoll and Windsor Food Bank.
Beginning on Wed. Nov. 19th, we will start collecting donations until Wed. Dec. 12th.
There will be one on each floor as well as one in the shop.
There are two ways to help our community:
Bring in a non-perishable food item, household, or personal hygiene products
Cash donation
Here is a list of in-demand items:
Grains: cereal, rice, pasta, oats, granola bars, and flour
Proteins: canned fish and meat (tuna, ham, chicken), peanut butter
Fruit & Vegetables: canned fruit and vegetables, children’s snacks
Pantry Staples: soup, pasta sauce, canned stews and chilli’s, prepared meals (ex. Hamburger Helper, Mac & Cheese)
Baby Items: diapers, wipes, formula
Other: shelf-stable milk, juice boxes, Jello, pudding, diet-specific food (ex. Low-sugar, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.)
Household and Hygiene Items: toilet paper, cleaning products, toothbrush/toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, tampons, etc.
Just a reminder to please check the best before dates as the food bank does not accept any expired food items.
