Often people don’t realize all the step involved into a osmosis treatment from getting the boat removed from trailer then prep for sandblasting that only a point of the iceberg ounce bottom is blast boat need to be wash down with soap and dry prior to be then put in the shop using hydraulic trailer set on block so the blisters can be filled with epoxy paste then after that step sanding is required to level everything and often a second fair coat need to be applied to make sure no imperfections are left behind ounce this step is completed boat need to be wash down tape again so the epoxy barrier coat can be applied this again is a long process since you got several coat to apply to achieve the desired thickness plus epoxy is a slow drying product then to finish customer chose either a epoxy coating finish or a antifowling then again a 5 days period boat need to stay in the warm inside the shop prior to be put back on is trailer or service
