Interior CarShare Co-op Carsharing for the Kamloops region. Because sharing is fun! Plans (business and feasibility) complete but grant fund amounts limited.

Carsharing is a concept that's been picking up speed across North America. Following the models of carshare co-ops in Kelowna, Nanaimo, Vancouver and other centres, InCar will own, insure and maintain vehicles for members' use. Members will pay an initial membership share and usage fees and will book cars/trucks online for as little as 30 minutes. Insurance, gas and maintenance are included in the

fees. In addition to its environmental benefits, carsharing is a big money-saver for those who only need occasional access to a vehicle or second vehicle, as well as for businesses/organizations who provide employee car access but prefer not to own a fleet. **Membership shares are fully refundable if you ever need to leave the co-op.**

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES
(note: usage fees are additional ~ $4 per hour + $0.35-$0.45 per KM + $2 booking fee for first 4 trips/mo)

Individual: $500 refundable membership share + $25 application fee

Joint: One Individual member (as above); up to 4 additional drivers residing at same household for $25 application fee per driver

Organizational:
$800 refundable membership share (1 to 8 drivers) + $25 application fee per driver
$100 refundable membership share for each additional driver

Casual Driver (NON-VOTING): $25 application fee + $25 NONrefundable payment per month

The Interior CarShare Co-operative's next Annual General Meeting is Monday, July 20th, 2015 at St. Andrew's on the Square (159 Seymour Street) -- and you're invited!

Light refreshments will be served.

We've been working behind the scenes to get wheels on the road. And we're close! At the AGM, we'll catch you up on the latest. In fact, we just had a membership meeting tonight, and we're eager to share what's happening.
