This Mother’s Day, treat the moms in your life to our limited-edition dessert box available for preorder on Nibsnosh.ca :

🍰 Basque Burnt Cheesecake: Creamy yet airy and light with a hint of umaminess from the added miso, paired with passionfruit curd.

🌿 Lemon Loaf with Basil Sugar Topping: A zesty and refreshing cake with a crunch from the basil finishing sugar.

🍫 Miso Salted Caramel & Dark Chocolate Macaroons: Sweet and salty with a deep chocolate finish.

🪻Coconut Cream & Lavender Caramelized White Chocolate Ganache: A dreamy blend of coconut and white chocolate with a hint of floral lavender.

The pick up will be on May 10 (Friday, 3-5pm) from Wooden Boat Food Company or have them delivered your way for $8.5 flat in KW.

Gluten tag my friends! 🤭

Almost thought we wouldn’t have a menu did you? Hehehe to be fair me too! This week’s production is going to be small as I focus on creating fun stuff for the popup at Marlowe (menu to come on IG story soon!)

🥳 Sourdough Donuts with pistachio mascarpone cream. Naturally leavened, no ye**ty bizness, delicious pistachio paste made in house paired with mascarpone cream. Sooo excited to finally launch this but note that this is the only flavour we’re doing for the sourdough donuts while I figure out the logistics of making a bigger batch.

🍮 Vanilla Crème Brûlée Donuts because y’all had such raving reviews for it!! (Not sourdough)

Salut mes amis!

This week we’re switching gears and adding something fun & bright to the menu 🌼🍋

🫖 Orange tea cake w burnt honey frosting because it’s finally spring and what better way to celebrate spring other than some fun tea cakes? The flavour of this cake is decadent yet light and the caramelised honey mascarpone just adds a nice depth to the cake

🍋 bringing back the lemon bars because I LOVE baking with lemons 😋

☕️ if tea cake isn’t your thang then let this Rotiboy coffee buns be because it’s the perfect ANYTIME snack!

Pre-order for pick up from Wooden Boat (3-5pm on FRIDAY) or delivery.

I guess we’re bringing back donuts 😮‍💨 sooo many of you have requested for donuts to be brought back on the menu so here you go!

🍋 the highly requested lemon curd donut (my personal favourite)
🍮 new addition to the family is our Vanilla Crème Brûlée donut with yummy vanilla pastry cream filling and a soft touch of brulee top
🍫 I’m craving some brownies so eat my cravings with me! The miso brownies adds a fun twist to an already fudgy brownie just with an extra hint of umaminess from the white miso 🤤

🥕 Carrot loaf with goat cheese frosting, comes in loaf for the party goers or slices for those who just want a slice of good cake. This cake is so so moist and soft 😮‍💨🤤

🍫 Chocolate cardamom hot cross buns because raisins just aren’t fitting the vibes here for us 🥲🤭 They are filled with chocolate chips and finished with a chocolate custard cross and glazed over with cardamom syrup. It’s sooooo good. Comes in pack of 6 large buns.

As I’m a one woman team working on your orders, all items have limited quantity.

So happy that YOUR love for the donuts 🍩 just keep growing, and please, keep them coming! Hopefully I’ll be making four trays of donuts instead of 2! Hehehe.

This is your peanut butter dream in a donut! 🥜🍩 Fluffy donuts with light and fragrant peanut butter diplomat cream.

And the process of making them is extra special because I made it with my dad, needless to say he is a natural. Look how rounded and perfect the donuts looked. ❤️🥰

Anywho I love love love the suggestions I got in the previous post and I shall get busy in the kitchen when I’m back and bring more donuts along with other goodies to you 👉🏼

I can’t believe I’m saying this but I miss making donuts already and my trip has literally just started! Trust that I’m gonna make some for my family when I’m home haha.
