United Ramp Incorporated has been supplying ground handling, customer and cargo services to a wide range of commercial airline carriers since 2012 in Edmonton AB, Nanaimo BC & Prince Rupert, B.C. United Ramp Incorporated was created in September 2012 through the partnership of Ironman Holdings Ltd and RS and Associates. RS and Associates and Ironman Holdings Ltd have been providing a wide range of

airline services to commercial, charter and private carriers since 1985. Through the creation of United Ramp Incorporated we have been able to reach out to new communities, pool our resources and expertise to provide services to our customers in those communities. Currently United Ramp Incorporated, RS and Associates and Ironman Holdings Ltd provide services at 10 major airports throughout British Columbia and Alberta.

• Handling of baggage and cargo, regularly up to 50 lbs and occasionally more
• Driving aircraft service equipment, including tractors and deice trucks
• Proper sorting of baggage and cargo before being delivered to aircraft for loading
• Keeping our work areas tidy, fuelling of equipment, and reporting any damaged or unsafe tools and equipment
• Any other assigned duties, including keeping up to date with online training, filling out time sheets by the deadline, and other required paperwork
• Checking in flights
• Gate side operations include guiding guests on to the aircraft
Requirements Include:
• Drivers licence 5 or new driver’s license 7 (not a learner permit)
• Clean criminal record check
• Repetitive lifting and moving of baggage and cargo
• Ability to work safely as part of a team, as well as perform some tasks unsupervised
• No pre-existing injuries that would prevent you from being able to perform routine physical tasks on a daily basis
Strong Assets Include:
• Experience working in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to develop strong leadership skills
• Tendency to look for solutions rather than only seeing problems or obstacles
• Flexible availability with a willingness to work extra shifts when needed

• Scheduled pay increases based on length of employment

As a Ground Service Agent, you will play an important role in ensuring that our airline customers have a safe and enjoyable experience when traveling to and from Prince Rupert.
