Vertical Magazine's latest Aerial Firefighting Special shines a spotlight on several technologies Contour Helicopters has made central to our operations: Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawks, night vision goggle systems, and Voxelis AI camera technology.
Contour is honoured to support the Province of Alberta through a multi-year, night vision-specific contract, with one of our UH-60s featured throughout the article. In British Columbia, two night vision-equipped Airbus AS350 B3s are actively supporting wildfire response efforts.
All three aircraft are certified and equipped with Voxelis AI camera systems, delivering real-time fire mapping and hotspot detection.
