Job Description:

Data Entry Clerk

The data entry clerk is responsible for inputting data into a database, ensuring all data is being entered and maintained.

Responsibilities:

Data entry of invoices and payment on account.

Prepare deposits daily as required.

Preparation of collections and payables.

Phone customers on collection matters.

Filing and general administrative tasks as required.

Must be able to work well with other members of the team.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Organizational skills.

Fast typing skills.

Strong English skills, both written and verbal.

Basic math skills are required.

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word (Intermediate skills for Outlook and Excel are required).

Experience with Sage Accounting software.

Confidentiality.

Full time position, Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm.

Experience:

1 year data entry, Sage, Outlook, Excel skills preferred.
