Job Description:
* Coordinating daily workflow for trucks, trailers, and drivers.
* Planning and scheduling for plant interruptions, outages, haul diversions, holidays, etc.
* Reviewing dispatch schedules and plant details daily and strategically re-evaluating plans to respond to changes
* Working closely with Admin, HSE, and HR departments
* Communicating with customers and drivers to ensure optimal operations and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
* 1-year experience in Dispatch or Logistics
* Post-secondary education or training is an asset
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and computer skills
* Experience in the oilfield particularly with land locations

** Career Opportunity** WELDER

Heavy Crude Hauling LP has a position available for an Apprentice Welder.

Responsibilities include:
- Repairs and inspections of trailers, welding
- Will train on tank Inspections
- Maintenance of trailers, trucks and shop equipment
- Prepare confined space entry tests and use safe working procedures before entering units requiring repairs
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Maintain a list of all welding supplies used and required. Help keep track of stock and materials.
- Help develop good systems, procedures and routines to utilize welding time in a safe and efficient manner.
- Make sure all tools and debris have been removed from interior and exterior of units.
- Ensure work orders are completed properly (parts, hours, etc.)
- Know and follow all Heavy Crude company policies and safety rules
- Operation and maintenance of welder and associated equipment
- Comply to HS&E Standards and participate in system

**Career Opportunity**
Heavy Crude Hauling is looking to hire a professional crude oil hauling driver to operate tractor-trailer units. This is infield work. Must have a clean class 1 driver's license and be legally entitled to work in Canada. Salary will be dependent on experience.
Your Primary Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Operate tractor-trailer units
- Transportation of fluid to specific locations
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Daily Maintenance
- Secure loads by using approved methods
- Conduct inspections along the way
- Follow local and interprovincial highway safety regulations
- Ensure truck and trailer and axle weights meet regulatory requirements
- Keep records of loads for accurate billing
- Maintain vehicle electronic log books (fuel consumption, mileage, hours of service, etc)
- Full compliance of HS&E Program
- Report all incidents and accidents
- Communicate with dispatchers on load requirements and locations
- Ensure that all duties are completed professionally, competently and in the best manner possible

Everyone loves a good burger!!!! The men and women working at the upgrader have been busy lately so it was nice to come and show our appreciation with a hot lunch and a cold pop. I know Alex enjoyed!!!
