Crude Master Transport is currently seeking a DISPATCHER.
This position is Week on- Week off.
In office 8am-5pm
24 Hour On- Call.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Handling main communications & dispatch of fluid transportation.
Use of Excel/ Word programs, as well as dispatch app.
Receiving & mirroring operations load lists.
Booking out daily loads & sending out load lists in timely fashion.
Communications between operations, drivers, and dispatch team.
Handling break downs, incidents, ect.
Schedule building and editing.
Participate in weekly team meetings.

POSITION: FIELD SUPERVISOR

Are you a strong leader with excellent organizational and time management skills? Do you have a passion for the oil and gas industry? Crude Master Transport is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team in Lloydminster, Alberta. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the hauling of production fluid from single well batteries and plants to salt water disposals and other rail and pipeline facilities.

Responsibilities:

Help lead and manage a team of truck drivers and subcontractors in the transportation of production fluid.
Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Help ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Handle emergencies and be available after hours to resolve any issues that may arise.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Develop and maintain relationships with truck drivers, oilfield operators, and other stakeholders.
Utilize computer systems and software for tracking and reporting purposes.
Monitor and optimize transportation routes for maximum efficiency.
Conduct regular field inspections of equipment and vehicles to ensure proper maintenance.

Requirements:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer systems and software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergencies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with truck drivers, oilfield operators, and other stakeholders.
Solid understanding of the hauling of production fluid from single well batteries and plants to saltwater disposals and other rail and pipeline facilities.
Prior experience in a similar supervisory role within the oil and gas industry is required.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Class 1A is an asset.
Crude Master covers a vast area, and you may be required, on occasion, to travel out of town for short terms.
