Our pay package rivals the top in the industry. Last year, our top cross-border drivers made in excess of $130,000. With paid loading & unloading as well as being paid for splitting trains where necessary. With all accessorial included, the average rate per mile exceeded $0.935/mi.
GTU specializes in Flatbed, Container and Van work. However, with our ever-growing market, this is always evolving. As we grow, we continue to expand our personnel through enlisting customer focused individuals with strong business awareness who are eager to advance their career. Our goal is to surpass expectation of not only customer but also our staff.
So, what do we offer?
- 65 cents a mile for Cross Border Drivers
- 55 cents a mile for Canada only Drivers
- $44 Load/Unload for Flatbed - $20 per border crossing
- $25 to split b-trains
- Dedicated Truck (fleet is 2022 or Newer)

What do we need from you?
- 3 years driving experience
- Positive, upbeat, teamwork mentality
- Dedicated and reliable.
- B-train experience would be an asset
