TELUS RANT yesterday morning my business phone line did not work. After hours on the phone to Telus it seems they cut the copper wiring to replace it with Fiber optics. But they did not tell us this was going to happen. Now anyone calling in gets NOT IN SERVICE message, making them think we are closed or out of business. Supposedly Telus cannot change the message, cannot forward that phone line to another and wont let me retrieve my messages. Have been on the phone and online all day trying to rectify this. They were supposed to have fixed it last night. It didn't happen. Finally was able to get hold of this this morning online.
Seems the repairs aren't going to happen until sometime thursday.
