Lagos Office: Open for walk-in customers

POV: Customer coming to drop frozen cargo by 1pm 😭

“See time… see weather…” 😭☔️
Ahhh frozen cargo don fly out already oo

I honestly understand how painful that feeling is, you rush, you try your best, only to realize you’ve missed it by a few hours!

We are really sorry when this happens.

But as you know, frozen cargo timing is very strict because it is biweekly and tied to flight schedules

So once it’s 9:00am cut-off… it has to go.

Here’s a little tip that helps 🙏

On frozen cargo days, try to be at our office early anytime from 7:30am to 8:00am so your items can be safely processed and included in that morning’s flight.

That way, no “see time see weather” moments

Your cargo just flies smoothly that same morning ✈️
