RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
- Perform recurring billing of customers
- Customer account
- Supplier account
- Record in the system the pictures taken during the moves
- Entering data in Excel tables for storage control, cover control and hours worked
- Archiving of documents
- Open claim files
- Answer the phone
- Other administrative tasks related to operations

PROFILE REQUIRED
The candidate must have the following qualifications
- Diploma of Vocational Studies DEP or an Attestation of Collegial Studies AEC. Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Spoken and written languages : French and English
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Sage50

- Inspect the vehicle before departure. - Complete the safety patrol document.
- Verify the goods to be delivered.
- Report any breakage or problems to the Dispatcher.
- Complete the electronic logbook of driving hours. Move
- Ensure goods are transported without breakage.
- Ensure that nothing is lost. - Use safety and handling equipment provided.
- Manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cover floors in customers' homes. - Protect furniture in blankets.
- Finalize invoices and collect payments.
- Ensures the quality of work of the movers' helpers and the distribution of tasks. Related duties
- Observe safety standards. - Keep the vehicle clean and maintained at all times.
- Any other related duties that may be requested by the Dispatcher. REQUIREMENTS - Must have a valid class 5, 3 or 1 driver's license
