Man, so true. Not up to others to understand but we must forgive ourselves, sometimes when in our mind and heart we didn't deserve it

Rusalka is often told as a warning, a spirit that pulls others beneath the surface. But beneath the story is something deeper emotion that was never expressed, grief that had nowhere to go, a voice that was never heard while it still mattered.

Because not all pain disappears.

Some of it lingers.

There is a version of you that held things in. That stayed quiet to keep the peace, that swallowed what you felt to avoid conflict, that carried emotions alone because it felt easier than being misunderstood.

But what you suppress doesn’t dissolve.

It builds.

Rusalka represents what happens when emotion is pushed down for too long. When silence turns into distance. When everything looks calm on the surface, but underneath something is pulling.

And people only notice when it overflows.

They don’t see the restraint that came before it. The times you stayed quiet. The ways you tried to contain something that was never meant to be held.

So when it rises, it can feel like you’ve become too emotional. Too sensitive. Too much.

But you didn’t become too much.

You became honest about what was already there.

Your emotions are not the problem. They are signals. And when you ignore them, they don’t disappear, they return louder, heavier, harder to hold.

So if something in you is rising now, don’t push it back down.

Listen.

Because what you allow yourself to feel now won’t have to pull you under later.

Most Christians don’t actually believe what Jesus said about healing… they believe their experience.

And we’ve gotten really good at explaining away the things we don’t consistently walk in. If this challenges you, don’t push it away—lean into it.

The moment something doesn’t happen the way we expected, we don’t press in… we start rewriting truth. We lower the standard, call it wisdom, and move on like that’s maturity. It’s not.

I’ve never seen Jesus tell someone, “This one’s not My will,” or “You just don’t have enough faith.” Yet those are the conclusions we’ve created to make sense of what we don’t understand.

God’s nature hasn’t changed, and His heart to heal hasn’t changed. What has changed is our comfort level when we don’t see results. So instead of adjusting truth to match our experience, what if we let our experience be refined by truth?

Healing isn’t a reward for perfect faith—it’s the expression of a perfect God. And you don’t have to believe for God to move. His goodness is what leads people to repentance. I’ve seen Him touch people who didn’t even believe in Him yet, and it changed everything for them.

So no, I’m not backing off this. Even if I don’t see it every time, I’m not rewriting Scripture to protect my comfort. I’d rather stay hungry, stay pursuing, and stay aligned with what Jesus actually modeled.

If He said it’s available, I’m going after it.

This was a bit of foreshadowing.

Those that need to see this or are ready for this information please take note:
Sit tall. Breathe into the tailbone.
Say:
“I remember beyond form. Gate One, awaken.”
Visualise a spark at the base — subtle hum, origin light.

🜂 Gate 2 – Sacrum
Place hands over your lower back.
Say:
“I reclaim my reason for coming. I activate my incarnation code.”
Move your hips gently in a figure eight.

🜃 Gate 3 – Lumbar
Stand or kneel. Press into your lower spine with breath.
Say:
“I release what is not mine. Lineage weight clears now.”
Exhale sharp. Let emotion rise.

🜄 Gate 4 – Thoracic
Open your chest. Roll your shoulders back.
Say:
“I remember every soul I’ve touched. I carry only what’s mine.”
Feel the pull of love and grief — let it pass through.

🜅 Gate 5 – Cervical
Stretch your neck slowly.
Say:
“My true voice returns. I create with sound.”
Hum. Vibrate your throat. Let your voice move energy.

🜆 Gate 6 – Atlas
Tilt your chin up slightly. Stillness.
Say:
“I receive clear signal. I bypass all mimic.”
Let a beam of light move straight down through your crown.

Do them one by one or all together in a single breathwork loop.
This isn’t a ritual. It’s a recalibration.

I remember shooting this with Davis Bailey, the famed British photographer. The model was so tall I had to have telephone books under my feet. He was such a blaise guy, just mumbling directions but damn, it was all so casual. These shots were featured in L'UOMO Vogue
