You are a customer service driven and results oriented team player located within commuting distance of our Nanaimo office. Proven sales and relationship building skills are a must. Preference given to those with past or present success in a Freight Broker role. You are self-motivated, respectful, and positive, with a real entrepreneurial spirit. You have a great attitude and are detail oriented.
You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Identifying, contacting, and acquiring new business is something you excel at. You have no fear of asking questions to ensure a clear understanding. Thinking outside the box is natural to you.

Experience in Microsoft Office and Access as well as Google Docs will be an asset.
Negotiation skills, Sales skills, and a true desire to build lasting and strong relationships with our customers and carriers is a must.
